Smartbrand has worked hand in hand with the ATM team to improve their website and T-mobilitat app. We have achieved this through a detailed UX/UI review that has helped us identify the areas that can be enhanced to make the user experience more enjoyable and, consequently, increase their usage frequency. To accomplish this objective, we took a comprehensive approach. This involved researching the actual needs of users, analyzing past website data, and reviewing surveys and feedback. This perspective has allowed us to detect where to reduce users' technological barriers. On that basis, we proposed several improvements aimed at making the website and app more user-friendly and accessible to everyone.
