Turning a physical event into an online one and not losing in the attempt

Among the enormous challenges that 2020 brought us, the Mi bebé y yo team presented us with the following. First, given the impossibility of holding physical events, we had to convert the largest childcare fair in the country into an online event where attendees would find the same experience they had until then in the different face-to-face editions. After exhaustive research and analysis of national and international best practices, we came up with the strategy that allowed us to create an online edition of the fair with a resounding success in terms of attendance and interaction and engagement. The client's expectations and even our own were exceeded by the excellent results obtained.
